You’ve been breathing your whole life,
but not like this.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a guided breathing practice that uses a continuous rhythm of breath to shift your state and help regulate the nervous system.
In these classes, your breath becomes the doorway to something deeper.
INSIDE THE PRACTICE
Most of us spend a large part of our lives in a low-level stress response without realizing it. This practice helps interrupt that cycle.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses a continuous rhythmic breath pattern to support the body in shifting out of everyday stress states and into deeper regulation.By changing the way you breathe, you begin to influence the nervous system directly, creating space for stored tension, emotion, and mental overload to move through, rather than stay held in the body.
During the active breathing phase, the continuous breath pattern can stimulate sympathetic activation in the nervous system. This is often where sensations, emotions, and physical energy begin to rise and move. After this phase, when the breath returns to a natural rhythm and the system begins to settle, the body often shifts into a deeper parasympathetic state where rest, release, and integration become more accessible. After the practice, people often describe feeling a sense of physical release, emotional clarity, or mental quieting. Others experience subtle shifts like feeling more grounded and present. These effects can often last for hours or even days afterward. There is nothing you need to achieve in the process. The breath does the work. Your role is simply to show up, stay with your breath, and allow the experience to unfold.
